Founder & Managing Principal
Cody Kerns is the Founder and Managing Principal of Kerns Capital Management, LLC. Founded in 2022, the firm provides qualified investors with structured exposure to select opportunities across public and private markets.
Since inception, Kerns Capital Management has overseen assets across private equity, public markets, and judgment-enforcement and recovery initiatives, collectively representing over $10 million in managed and pursued assets.
A core focus is facilitating access for qualified retail investors to institutional-grade private equity opportunities, including late-stage private companies with established operating scale.
Sergio Andres Troconis
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Troconis is responsible for client relations and management operations. He has established systems and procedures used by hundreds of customers, focusing on investor experience and communication channels.
Justin Freishtat
VP Capital Raising
Mr. Freishtat is responsible for client relations and capital raising. He spent a decade building Heartland Foods, generating $87 million in gross revenue before the business was acquired in early 2022.
